People and School

People may not be interested in school. But some people are, but why are some people in school's don' really want to learn. They can get suspended even expelled, but how can others learn and others can't. Iv'e asked some people and they say that there is probably some trouble going about in the family or just don't want to listen to their parents this also goes for discipline.
